Shipping Rates

Free delivery on most orders valued at *999 EGP or more* (ex VAT) within Cairo and Giza.

Orders below *999 EGP* (ex VAT) will incur a flat delivery fee of *80 EGP.

If an order is not received at the agreed delivery time, an additional fee may apply for re-delivery.

Estimated Delivery

Cairo & Giza: 1 – 2 business days.
Other governorates: 3 – 5 business days, depending on the courier company.
Large or special products (e.g., furniture, water cartons, office supplies in bulk) may require up to 7 – 10 business days.

Special Products (Furniture & Large Items)

Certain products are delivered directly from the supplier or manufacturer. In such cases, the supplier may contact you 24 – 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm the schedule.

Heavy or oversized items (such as furniture, large water packs, or bulky office supplies) are not eligible for free delivery. A fixed delivery fee of 200 EGP up to 999 EGP will apply, depending on location and size.

Delivery is made curbside (outside the premises) if the product exceeds standard transport dimensions. If access to the warehouse or building is possible, the truck may deliver inside.

Inside delivery is available for some commercial addresses in urban areas at an additional fee. Please note: inside delivery does not include installation or removal of packaging materials.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made during business hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed; however, the courier will usually call you before arrival.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or official holidays.

In case of delays, our customer service team will notify you with an updated delivery schedule.

Important Notes

Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address and active phone number to avoid delays.

If delivery is attempted more than once and fails, additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Do not dispose of the original shipping packaging. Items that are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
