Our Return Policy

Most purchases can be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization (see Returns Without Prior Authorization below). You can start a return by contacting our Returns Department by email at returns@atwork.eg
or through our customer service WhatsApp.

If your items are damaged, defective, or incomplete, a request for return or refund must be made within 48 hours of the original receipt date. In case of error, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.

Do not discard the shipping materials/packaging of your order. Items not in their original packaging are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Packaging & Sending Returns

Once you have your Return Authorization Number and return address:

  • Carefully repackage the product in its original condition, sealed by the manufacturer, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the manufacturer’s product box.
  • Ship the product to the provided return address using your preferred carrier. If possible, share the tracking number with us.

Atwork.eg is not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is received by our Returns Department. For valuable items, we recommend using insured shipping.

If a product is returned as “new” but shows clear signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund completely.

Non Returnable Items

Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and quality control, we do not accept returns on the following (unless defective, damaged, or sent by mistake):

  • Food, beverages, and other consumables.
  • Cleaning and hygiene products.
  • Opened ink and toner.
  • Dated or time-sensitive products.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Large furniture or installed equipment.
  • Clearance or promotional items.

Return Reasons

  • Customer choice (wrong order / change of mind): Refund will cover the purchase price of the unopened item (if restockable), minus shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply for certain items. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged items: If reported within 48 hours, Atwork.eg will arrange replacement or refund at no extra charge.
  • Incomplete orders or missing delivery: Please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve.

Returns Without Prior Authorization

All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number.

  • If an item is refused upon delivery, or returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, your refund may be reduced by actual outbound and return shipping costs.
  • Returns received without prior authorization may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Manufacturer Warranties

Unless otherwise noted, all products are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and product type.

If issues arise after the 14-day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly. Our support team can assist you with manufacturer contact information if needed.

Processing Refunds/Replacements

  • Once returned items are received, they will be inspected and processed.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Replacements are usually shipped within one week after return approval.
